What is the procedure after replacement/refund has been requested?
Firstly, we will initiate a reverse pickup or the customer will send the product themselves. Replacement or Refund will be initiated after we receive the original item from you along with the accessories and have it checked at our service centre.
Acceptance criteria for the returned product?
Product not received
In case the product is not received, you can cancel the order and the full amount will be refunded back to you within _ working days.
Different products received.
Damaged/Defective product received.
In such cases, we require that
– Items should not be installed or used.
-All the items delivered inside the package should be returned. Anything missing from the package will not be accepted.
Please note that Modernista is not responsible for delays in refund processing because of delays caused by banks, calamities or national holidays.
